A 3.85% processing fee covers payment platform charges for all transaction types (credit and debit cards, etc.) and is included in your invoice total.

Appointments & Cancellations

10. What is your cancellation and refund policy?
To respect everyone’s time, we have the following cancellation policy:
Cancellations within 24 hours of the meeting: No refund.
Cancellations 24-48 hours in advance: 50% refund.
Cancellations 48+ hours in advance: Full refund or reschedule.
Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule once at no charge if done within the allowed timeframe.
Retainers and initial fees are non-refundable.
11. Do you offer virtual meetings?
Yes! We provide consultations via Zoom, Teams, phone calls, and in-person meetings (in my office or, where applicable).
